Jennifer Aniston insists she wouldn't win movie roles if she ate burgers.

The 'Marley and Me' actress claims watching her weight is part of her job, adding she knows she is often offered parts because of her slender frame.

She said: "I'm a realist. I know that if I eat nothing but burgers and chips, I'm not going to be hired for the parts I normally would. That might be fine one day, but not right now."

Jennifer is adamant reports she is still obsessed with her ex-husband Brad Pitt - who now raises six children with partner Angelina Jolie - are untrue, claiming she is now happier than ever.

The 40-year-old actress - who is dating singer John Mayer - added to Britain's Elle magazine: "No matter what I say, things will always be taken out of context and misinterpreted, will always be turned around to make it seem as though I won't let something go, or that I just keep talking about it over and over.

"I don't owe anybody anything. I don't owe anybody my side of the story. There are no sides! There is no bad guy and there is no good guy. There are no villains and there is no heroine in this story. It's just not the case."

Katie Holmes 'extreme detox' claims

Katie Holmes is on an "extreme purification" detox to prepare for pregnancy.

Katie is reportedly following Scientology's controversial Purification Rundown programme - an extreme detox process which has left her looking fragile and weak.

Katie is believed to be doing the detox - which involves spending long periods in a sauna every day - in a bid to conceive her second child with her husband, Scientologist Tom Cruise.

A source told Britain's Daily Star newspaper: "She is undergoing an extreme purification programme so she is toxin free when she and Tom try for their next baby."

Katie - who has a two-year-old daughter, Suri, with Tom - has missed a number of events, including the Oscars and New York Fashion Week, due to the toll of the detox.

Friends say she has been resting for days after the Purification Rundown left her exhausted.

According to the website scientologytoday.org, the Purification Rundown is "a carefully designed combination of exercise, vitamins, nutrition and sauna use which dislodges drug residues and other toxins from the fatty tissues".

It has been claimed the process involves taking 'vitamin bombs' and staying in saunas for up to five hours at a time to cleanse the body.

John Mayer's online love vote about Aniston

Actress Jennifer Aniston and singer John Mayer pose at the 2009 Vanity Fair Oscar Party in West Hollywood, California February 22, 2009. [Agencies]

John Mayer voted for himself in an online poll asking whether Jennifer Aniston should stay with him.

The 'Gravity' singer - who has been dating the actress for around a year - couldn't resist having his say when he saw a US website asking 'Is John Mayer a Keeper?'.

He wrote on his Twitter blog page: "I just voted on People's 'Is John Mayer a Keeper?' poll - I clicked 'Love Him'.

"Be honest, you'd vote for yourself if you came across it, as well. Wouldn't you?"

John's vote was much needed as at the time 63 per cent of respondents were urging Jennifer to "lose him".

Jennifer, 40, and John made a rare public appearance together at the Oscars on February 22.

The 31-year-old musician has said he accompanied his girlfriend to the ceremony for "moral support" as she was presenting an award in front of an audience including her ex-husband Brad Pitt and his partner Angelina Jolie.

John said: "I basically stepped into the picture frame of Hollywood for one night. You have to really be with someone that you know who has your back in that situation. And she did, and it was really great."

Britney Spears returns in first concert tour in 5 years

Singer Britney Spears performs with Madonna during Madonna's "Sticky and Sweet" tour at Dodgers stadium in Los Angeles in this November 6, 2008 file photo. [Agencies]

NEW ORLEANS – Britney Spears fans lined up outside the New Orleans Arena hours before the start of the pop star's first concert tour in five years.

They bought T-shirts at red-and-white striped tents set up outside the arena where Spears' "Circus" tour was to getting under way Tuesday night.

"I love her," said 18-year-old Haley McInnis of Gonzales, La., wearing a circus-inspired ensemble that included a top hat and black high-heeled boots.

McInnis was among dozens of Louisiana fans out to support their hometown superstar, who in the past five years has gone through more tumult than many endure in a lifetime: She's been married and divorced, had two kids, gone to rehab, gone through a custody battle, found herself briefly committed, and been so out of control that her father, Jamie Spears, was appointed by a court to oversee her personal and professional affairs indefinitely.

But over the past year, Spears' life and career has rebounded. Her "Circus" CD, released in December, has already sold more than 1.3 million copies, and she's had two hits off the CD, "Womanizer" and "Circus."

"She's so strong, stronger than a lot of people give her credit for," McInnis said. "A lot of people wouldn't have come back from what she's been through."

Spears' comeback has been carefully orchestrated, beginning with well-received appearances on the sitcom "How I Met Your Mother" last year to her comeback appearance at the MTV Video Music Awards last fall following her disastrous performance on the awards show in 2007. She has given few interviews, and those that have been granted have been heavily managed.

Tuesday's "Circus" tour, which takes Spears to 27 cities in the United States before heading to Europe in June, is the pop star's biggest opportunity to connect with her still formidable fan base.

"We're so happy she's back," said 16-year-old Justin Scarbrough of New Orleans, wearing a T-shirt he designed himself that bears Spears' image and the words "I Support Britney Spears."

The tour is to feature a mix of her new material and some of the hits that made her one of the world's top-selling artists.

On Monday, MySpace Celebrity released snippets of video that gave a glimpse into what her show would look like: The circus-themed extravaganza includes dancers dangling from high wires, sultry dance moves and whip-wielding Spears dressed as the ringmaster, finally in control of her own circus.

Britney Spears flop fears

Each year, the German media company 'Hubert Burda Media', honours celebrities from the world of entertainment, literature, sports and politics with the Bambi awards. [Agencies]

Britney Spears' ticket sales are "down considerably".

The 'Womanizer' singer is concerned her comeback tour, 'The Circus Starring Britney Spears' will flop after a large number of concert tickets remain unsold for the opening show in New Orleans tomorrow (03.03.09).

A source said: "Group sales are down considerably, and then you've got individual tickets that cost as much as $500 apiece. That's a lot of money to spend on an artist who isn't a sure bet right now."

The source added: "She's worked really, really hard to make this good. Granted, there've been some hiccups along the way, but she's going to put on a good show. I just hope there are people there to see it. This is really her last chance."

Meanwhile, it has been reported the Pussycat Dolls - who are due to support Britney on the tour - have been caught up in a row over costs.

The girls apparently want to take their male back-up dancers on the road but have been told it will be too expensive.

In a leaked email between their record label head Jimmy Iovine and the band, he said: "We can't afford it. I'm sorry its hard enough right now with the album not selling that's why we did jai ho and re releasing the album. And we want to be able to keep the whole thing going at this level its not a choice its a reality. (sic)"

"During the first couple of days [with Suri], we would just sleep right next to her to make sure she was breathing. And I was constantly learning on the job, but Tom was very helpful and supportive."

Morgan Freeman gets on set doctor

Morgan Freeman will be monitored round-the-clock by a private doctor on his new movie.

Producers on 'The Human Factor' are concerned about the health of the 71-year-old actor - who plays Nelson Mandela in the film - and director Clint Eastwood, 78, and have flown a private doctor out to the African set to care for the ageing stars.

A source told the New York Daily News newspaper: "Morgan is under special scrutiny because of his near fatal car accident back in August. There's a huge budget for the film at stake. These guys are getting up there in age.

"Sure, they had physicals before leaving - everyone has to. But the private doctor was just an agreed upon decision on all sides of the table."

Clint recently acknowledged he is getting old, but says his passion for films keeps him young at heart.

He said: "I like taking it easy, I like golf and I like Budweiser. All that stuff is fine, but the main thing is I still like working, I think working keeps you young, I think it keeps your mind active. It's like exercising your body - exercising your brain. Both of them are synonymous."

Brad Pitt's Edge-y role

Actors Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie arrive at the 81st Academy Awards in Hollywood, California February 22, 2009.[Agencies]

U2 want Brad Pitt to star in a movie about their lives.

The band's guitarist The Edge thinks the Hollywood hunk would be the perfect person to portray him if a film about the Irish group was ever made.

Edge, 47, said: "We'd want it to be realistic, we don't want the usual things, so Brad Pitt would play me. We want to be realistic, you know, you don't want to do the Hollywood thing."

Bono thinks only an Oscar winner could do him justice on the big screen.

He joked to British radio presenter Christian O'Connell: "Yes, I would say... who's another tall, skinny Irishman? Daniel Day Lewis would play me."

The band - who released their twelfth album 'No Line on the Horizon' last week - also admitted they have come close to splitting on several occasions since they formed in the 70s.

Bono, 48, believes the band - which also includes drummer Larry Mullen Jr. and Adam Clayton - hit a bad patch "every few years".

Edge confessed: "I do this thing probably about once every 10 years where I go OK, that's it, I've had enough."

'Impressed' Nicole Kidman

Nicole Kidman arrives at a red carpet ceremony to promote their latest film "Australia" in Tokyo February 26, 2009. [Agencies]

Nicole Kidman was "impressed" by her husband Keith Urban's steamy Playgirl shoot.

Music star Keith posed for the adult magazine eight years ago, but Nicole only saw the revealing photographs recently.

He told Britain's New! magazine: "Nicole was impressed with the shots. It was spread over two pages and had staples in all the right places!"

Although the 41-year-old musician enjoyed stripping off for the publication, he is unsure if he will pose again because of his family commitments. Keith - who has a seven-month-old daughter, Sunday Rose, with Nicole - said: "I am a dad and a totally different person now.

But I might consider it if my fans demanded it!" Nicole isn't adverse to flashing her flesh in photo shoots - she was said to be considering asking Patrick Demarchelier to take exclusive photographs of her pregnant body shortly before giving birth.

A source said at the time: "Nicole wants to wait until she looks really pregnant."

Mariah Carey has been visiting a fertility clinic.

The 38-year-old singer and her husband Nick Cannon - who married last year following a whirlwind romance - were seen leaving a Beverly Hills' Southern California Reproductive Center last week, where they reportedly met with a prenatal specialist.

A source told gossip blogger Perez Hilton: "Nick and Mariah are trying anything and everything to conceive. After almost a year of trying to natural way, they visited a fertility clinic to help make their baby dream come true."

Mariah is said to be desperate to give birth before she turns 40 next March.

The renowned centre is one of the leading in vitro fertilisation (IVF) clinics in California.

Jennifer Lopez - who has one-year-old twins Max and Emme - is said to have been a previous patient.

The couple have made no secret of their desire to start a family, with Nick admitting he wants a large brood.

He said: "We'll multiply. That's what's got to happen."

Mariah has also revealed she is ready to become a mother, but finds the constant speculation about whether she is expecting tiresome.

She said: "I don't like to talk about it too much. I just think about it as the next phase. We'll see.

"I've changed my mind about becoming a mother because I'm with 'The One'. I think we would make good parents, and that we'd be able to figure out how to do it properly."

Jennifer Aniston eats dog biscuit

Actress Jennifer Aniston and actor Owen Wilson (R) react during the television show "Wetten Dass..?" (Bet it..?) in the western German city of Duesseldorf February 28, 2009. [Agencies]

Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson were forced to eat dog biscuits on a German TV show.

The pair - who both star in comedy 'Marley and Me', about a couple who adopt a troublesome pooch - were on variety programme 'Wetten, dass...?' when they were asked to nibble on the canine treats.

Celebrities who appear on the show are asked to bet on whether another guest actually has a talent they boast about.

In Jennifer and Owen's case, they are asked whether they thought a woman could identify her Husky dogs by listening to them lapping soup.

Owen, 40, insisted the feat was impossible, while Jennifer, also 40, remain open-minded.

When host Thomas Gottschalk revealed whoever lost would have to munch on a dog biscuit, Owen spluttered: "I wish I had known the stakes first."

The woman guessed correctly, so Thomas asked both the Hollywood actors to join him in one of the unusual morsels.

Jennifer squealed: "But I guessed right!"

Thomas replied: "You're a team, just like the dogs."

Delighted Jennifer had to join him in the forfeit, Owen hugged his co-star and said: "Honey, we're in this together."

After handing out the biscuits, Thomas said: "I'll eat one, I'm the host. And Owen, you have to eat one. Jennifer, you can eat it if you want, but I'd really like to be able to tell my grandkids that I ate dog biscuits with Jennifer Aniston."

The trio eventually tucked in, with Jennifer commenting: "They're a little dry."

Owen appeared to enjoy his, prompting Thomas to give him a handful to enjoy later.

Jessica Simpson craves junk food

Jessica Simpson has re-hired her ex-personal trainer because she "can't resist" junk food.

The 'Pray Out Loud' singer - whose seemingly fuller figure was slammed after she was photographed wearing unflattering high-waisted jeans recently - has embarked on a strict fitness regime with Mike Alexander in a bid to control her cravings for calorific fried food.

A source said: "She just can't resist junk food. She literally needs to be watched all the time. Jessica has a problem with binge eating, which is usually triggered by stress.

"Jessica's most recent violation was indulging in the terrible trio of chicken wings, nachos, and alcohol at the Great Dane Pub in Madison, Wisconsin."

The 28-year-old blonde beauty - who is currently dating American football star Tony Romo - recently revealed she is launching a range of dresses to make all women feel sexy.

She said: "I know what flatters a woman, and trust me, I've been judged a lot in my life. By now I know what works if you're curvy.

"If my clothing and accessories make you feel great and let you walk proud and tall - in big, big platform shoes - then I'm happy."

U2 album a hit, Bono campaigning a miss: critics

U2 perform at the Brit Awards at Earls Court in London February 18, 2009.[Agencies]

LONDON - Irish band U2 releases its 12th studio album on Monday and while reviews are generally glowing, critics argue that lead singer Bono's dual role as rock star and campaigning "saviour" may be meddling with the music.

"No Line On The Horizon" hits the shelves in Europe on Monday and in the United States on Tuesday, and, as one of 2009's biggest record launches, will be closely watched by a business seeking to reverse deep declines in album sales.

No one believes U2 alone can save the music industry, just as no one believes Bono alone can alleviate global poverty. But there is plenty riding on the group's first album in over four years being released by Vivendi's Universal Music Group label.

An early contender for biggest record of the year before it even goes on sale, No Line has been described as the band's most experimental album since 1991 and possibly its best since then.

"Simply, what all of this amounts to is the best U2 album since Achtung Baby," wrote Q magazine at the end of a five-star review. "With time it may prove to be better still."

Rolling Stone magazine also awarded it five stars, Mojo magazine four.

No Line is produced by Brian Eno and Daniel Lanois, who collaborated with the band on 1984's "The Unforgettable Fire" and its biggest album to date, "The Joshua Tree", which went on to sell an estimated 25 million copies.

U2's last record, "How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb", sold nine million copies worldwide.

The band spent Friday on a hectic promotional campaign, giving radio interviews, playing a gig to a small number of fans at the BBC's central London offices and later playing on the roof before thousands of fans, some of them from abroad.

U2 played "Get On Your Boots" and "Magnificent" from the new album and, appropriately, "Vertigo". Bono earlier announced the group would go on tour in the summer.

BEING BONO

The 11-track album was recorded in Morocco, Dublin, London and New York and the songs tackle familiar themes of love, war, hope, and, perhaps more than ever, being Bono.

The U2 frontman has long juggled a dual career of rock superstar and high-profile campaigner, badgering world leaders and businessmen to fight everything from AIDS to poverty.

There are those who feel his mission is beginning to hinder the harmony, alienating potential fans and colouring everything that U2 does.

"It's becoming increasingly difficult to hear U2's music without filtering it through your feelings about the other Bono, that strident, sanctimonious swirl of idealism, agenda and ego," J. Freedom du Lac wrote in the Washington Post.

He does, however, say No Line is "at times magnificent".

In a mixed review, Pete Paphides of the Times goes so far as to say: "Next time...Bono might want to use his powers of diplomacy to the benefit of his band."

The singer is aware of the criticism and reports that his own bandmates can find his tireless campaigning irksome.

In "Stand Up Comedy" he appears to poke fun at himself with the lyrics: "Stand up to rock stars/Napoleon is in high heels/Josephine, be careful of small men with big ideas."

"It's annoying," he said in a recent radio interview, when asked about his public support for former U.S. President George W. Bush after he pledged money to fight AIDS.

"It's not becoming is it? I can take the bottles and the rocks and the embarrassment to my bandmates here, but I'm staying that most annoying of things, a single-issue protagonist."

Lionel Richie still on the "Go" after 30 years

U.S singer Lionel Richie poses for photographers as he arrives for the Brit Awards at Earls Court in London February 18, 2009.[Agencies]

NEW YORK- "Hello" may be among Lionel Richie's signature No. 1 songs, but for more than 30 years, the singer-songwriter hasn't so much as paused for a "bye for now."

The five-time Grammy Award recipient and Academy Award winner has been a fixture on the pop, R&B, adult contemporary and dance charts -- beginning in 1974 as a founding member of the Commodores, then as a solo artist and producer from 1981 on -- with a consistency seldom seem in the music business.

A quick count: six R&B chart-toppers with the group, then five No. 1s on the Billboard Hot 100 and Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs -- and on the adult contemporary (AC) list, 11 No. 1s that have spent a staggering total of 51 weeks riding the chart's crest, including "Endless Love" (with Diana Ross), "Truly," "All Night Long (All Night)" and "Say You, Say Me."

Now, the title track and first single from Richie's new album, "Just Go," due May 19 on Island, has catapulted into the AC top 20 in only three weeks, a rare feat for a radio format that is not known for chart momentum. The song is also gaining on the adult R&B tally, where it is No. 31 for the week ended February 22.

"What freaking year is this?" asks Richie with a laugh. "This opens up a wonderful feeling of 'I remember this.' Times like these make it all the more exciting. In a way, this feels better than the days when everything was still ahead, with 'Brick House,'" the Commodores' top-five 1977 hit.

Collaborating with Richie on the new album are contemporary hitmakers The-Dream, Tricky Stewart and, on the playful reggae-splashed single, Akon.

"You never know how these things are going to go, but we could have recorded a whole side of the album," Richie says of hip-hop singer-songwriter Akon. "I am used to being the control guy -- the writer, producer, arranger and singer. But Akon understands melody, he's a storyteller. We wrote this song in two and a half hours. It was a love fest. I told him, 'You are Lionel Richie 2009.'"

Richie's recipe for longevity? "If you've got a good tune, you've got a couple of years to work it. If you've got a song, you can have a career. Songs stick," he says. "Somewhere along the line, parents played my records over and over again for their children. Now their kids are showing up. It's college time all over again, which is amazing."

In addition, long-term success requires adapting to an ever-evolving industry. "There's a difference between the music business and the business of music. You can go to bed tonight with a No. 1 record and wake up tomorrow ice cold. Survival is about taking time to make record labels and radio understand who you are -- your brand. This is a business of relationships, and it's still my responsibility to go meet the DJs. A lot of artists forget that."

Richie will extend his hand to audiences with a 100-date European tour launching in March in Dublin and wrapping in May in Belgium. Stops in the United States and Australia follow.

"I'm kind of laughing at getting to go through this whole process again," Richie says. "It's been an unbelievable journey. In my head, I'm just getting started. Call me in 20 years and we'll talk about the next chapter."

Slumdog brings Hollywood closer to Bollywood

People walk past film posters of "Slumdog Millionaire" and "Delhi 6", a Bollywood film, at a movie theatre in Mumbai March 1, 2009. [Agencies]

MUMBAI- The largely Indian cast and crew of "Slumdog Millionaire" who gleefully stormed the stage at the Academy Awards signaled a closer nexus between the world's biggest movie industries, with experts hoping for a happy ending.

India, home to the world's most prolific movie industry, has long tried to draw wider audiences, including by recently forging ventures with Hollywood studios looking to offset sluggish box office sales with new markets and cheaper production costs.

Now, the thumping success of "Slumdog" and a global financial crisis, which has pulled the plug on much Wall Street funding for movies, are bringing Hollywood and Bollywood closer together.

Like India's IT industry, Bollywood may now aggressively tout cheaper facilities for animation films and post-production. "Slumdog" also showcased India's prowess in music and sound mixing, with Oscars for A.R. Rahman and Resul Pookutty.

"India is an important domestic market for all foreign studios and also offers opportunities to cut costs," said Rajesh Jain, head of KPMG India's entertainment practice.

"The Oscars will raise the industry's visibility further."

Studios including Sony Pictures, Walt Disney, NBC Universal, Viacom and Warner Brothers have already put more than $1.5 billion in India for stakes in local TV channels and ventures with Bollywood studios.

Their first efforts, including Disney's first Hindi animation flick, failed to set the Indian box-office on fire, but analysts say they will be encouraged by the success of "Slumdog," which became the eighth movie ever to win eight Academy Awards.

"The Oscar wins for 'Slumdog' only bodes well for the Hollywood-Bollywood connection," said Nelson Gayton at the UCLA Entertainment and Media Management Institute in Los Angeles.

"The critical and commercial success of the film speaks to global audiences for films of Indian content, especially if they do so well in the USA to begin with," he said.

It bodes well for Indian films too, he said, which while popular in the sub-continent have rarely met with global success.

CUTTING COSTS

"Slumdog Millionaire" was based on a novel by Indian author Vikas Swarup and filmed largely in the squalid slums of Mumbai.

It was directed by Briton Danny Boyle and distributed and marketed by Fox Searchlight, but many of the cast and crew, including co-director, Loveleen Tandan, are Indian.

The movie is seen by many in the industry as showing a way forward for Hollywood and Bollywood studios eyeing new markets.

"The Oscars have provided a huge platform to showcase Indian talent. It's a foot in the door," said Vijay Singh, chief executive of Fox Star Studios in India, which is looking to make Bollywood films with Indian studios and directors.

"We're going to see more Hollywood studios want a link into India, tapping more resources here, and we're also going to see more Indian directors look to appeal to larger audiences."

Before Boyle, filmmakers of Indian origin, including Mira Nair and Deepa Mehta, made films such as "Monsoon Wedding" and "Earth," that were set wholly or partly in India, and produced and marketed by Hollywood studios.

India has touted itself as a low-cost destination for Hollywood filmmakers, much like Canada has done, highlighting its lush locales, hi-tech studios and cheap labor costs.

Yet differential state taxes, an antiquated license system and reams of red tape have hamstrung its ambitions.

Long dominated by family-owned production and distribution firms, India's film industry has been bogged down by formulaic fare and box-office revenues of less than 10 percent of Hollywood's because of low ticket prices.

Now, the entry of large corporations, institutional finance, a move to a Hollywood-style studio system and the mushrooming of multiplexes are all transforming the industry and drawing more foreign studios eager for a share of the pie.

India's filmed entertainment sector, estimated at about $2.2 billion, is forecast to grow by more than 9 percent every year over the next five years, according to consultancy KPMG.

STEPPING OUT

Initially, Hollywood studios were content with limited releases of their biggest blockbusters in movie-mad India, dubbing some films in regional languages in a market where racy action flicks and lavish song-and-dance spectacles rule.

In recent years, Hollywood studios looking to cut costs began shipping animation and post-production work to India, tapping its reputed software services skills and affordable workforce.

With "Slumgdogs" Oscar wins, studios may ship more high-end animation and visual effects work to India, said KPMG's Jain.

"Studios will also be looking to tap content, directors and other talent from India," he said, pointing to "Slumdog"'s Freida Pinto who has been signed by American director Woody Allen.

India's UTV Motion Pictures has co-production deals with Disney and Fox Searchlight, while Indian businessman Anil Ambani's Reliance Entertainment has tied up with a handful of production houses including those of Hollywood stars George Clooney, Brad Pitt and Julia Roberts to develop and co-finance films.

Reliance Entertainment, in which billionaire investor George Soros owns a small stake, also sealed a deal last September with Steven Spielberg's DreamWorks SKG for a new $1.2-billion Hollywood film company.

More such deals are in the offing as Hollywood tries to fill the $18 billion hole left by Wall Street, according to Gayton.

"These dollars need to be replaced from some alternative source, perhaps not at the same level ... but it seems to me India and China are well positioned to fill that gap," he said.

"The impact of the Spielberg deal was the message that India is here as a major global player in media and entertainment."

Paris Hilton has few friends

Paris Hilton arrives at the 51st annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles February 8, 2009. [Agencies]

Paris Hilton only has five close friends.

The socialite - who has starred in two reality TV shows to find new best friends in both the UK and US - insists there are only a handful of people in her life she can really trust.

She said: "Honestly, I only have about five really close friends. My sister Nicky is one of them, although she is different from me. She's shy and prefers to stay behind the scenes."

Paris, 28, admits she is wary of new people because previous pals and ex-boyfriends have exploited her celebrity status for their own gain.

The blonde beauty - who became the star of her own sex tape, 'One Night In Paris', after her former lover Rick Salomon released X-rated footage on the pair on the internet - explained: "When I was a teenager people abused my trust, it really hurt my feelings. But now it's happened so much I've learned who to trust and who not to. From different experiences you start to learn what kind of people you want in your life."
